Is
a sequence of 3 images of 3 progressive moments of the same story,
inside the Urban Explorations review. The shadow of Neptune statue of
Maggiore square in Bologna (Italy), wakes up after a long dream and
decides to get the square and to participate in the present urban
life.
Among the various events in which the triptych participated, I remember the 5th Ferrara Art Biennial of 2010 by Sabrina Falzone Art Curator.
In these three different images you can find its dynamic of transformation up to the detachment of a part of it that walks to join by offering his hand to a woman passing away.
I had noticed that many passers-by and tourists were photographing the monument while there was a splendid shadow on the wall near the window at that moment I imagined as if this shadow was moving and coming to life in the background the square was beautiful, lively and attractive.

The
desire to walk around the city and watch, interpreting and
representing what we like, what sometimes triggers a - lateral
thought -.
I search ideas in the city, observations and imaginations to sometimes build evocated or, I think, interpreted images, reading or creating truths and fictions by the articulated and braided multiplicity of it. Within the review did this series, in which pastel, glass and soft passes make with the paths part of these dynamics. Light, motion and colour in close cuts urban night, where the feet/crossings appear and run away like a ballet on a stage.
